“Everything was perfect”

“The Expedia app showed 3 rooms available, so I booked my stay. Upon my arrival, I was told by the condescending woman at the front desk there were no rooms available. She told me that I should have called first because the app is never accurate. I told her that I've alway vooked through Expedia. She says "I don't know what else to tell you", in the most condescending, rude tone ever. I'm a rewards member of this hotel chain, and this is actually my first poor experience from them. “Everything about the place was amazing. Just the elevator didn’t work”

“The guest host was not welcoming or accommodating after trying to book another night due to flight delays. I had to check into a different hotel even they had availability but they want to charge a higher rate than the night before. I ended up grabbing another hotel same boulevard that was $150 less and much better go figure.”

“Our room was good and the staff was great. Unfortunately, there was a hockey tournament on the weekend we stayed and a lot of pre-teens running around and door knocking and being kids. Note to self, call hotel first and ask before booking.”
