“We stayed at Tabacón for one night, and it was the perfect way to experience the property. The thermal hot springs are absolutely beautiful and feel very natural, with multiple pools and waterfalls surrounded by lush rainforest. It was peaceful, relaxing, and unlike any other hot springs we’ve visited. The grounds are immaculate, and the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. “Beautiful place that still holds the jungle theme we traveled for with absolutely gorgeous Veranda that I miss now. That being said, we had the worst experience (and I’ve been to over 60 countries and countless hotels) at check-in. The hotel apologized and the rest of the staff were super nice throughout our week there. I don’t know why they put the least helpful person at the very first touch point of customers journey so took a star off for that unpleasant and rude staff.”
