“Absolutely incredible stay! The host is so kind and helpful. House was very clean. Truly everything you need inside for cooking and beach fun! PERFECT location really centrally located to both edgartown and oak bluffs. Located in a quiet neighborhood near Felix Neck with lots of walking trails, which was very nice! “The home was absolutely beautiful and exactly what we needed. Not too big and not too small. The owner was super responsive and considerate. Location is less than 15 min to all the areas we wanted to visit. Great outdoor space as well. We are coming back.”

“The studio inside was clean and well stocked with extra linens and terry. Outside needs attention. Simple things like picking up trash, removing broken lawn furniture, etc. Trash between the main house and the studio appears to have been there for quite awhile. The cooler provides on the deck was full to the brim with water. No idea if melted ice from use or ???? If the owner/manager would do the simple things this could be a 5 star property. Location was good. Unlike previous reviews...

“I was able to get to the house within minutes from the Vineyard Haven ferry. There was plenty of parking. The house was immaculate and well appointed. The beaches and restaurants nearby were great. It was also very convenient to find on the way back from a long day. The beds are very comfortable.”

“Struttura trascurata e scadente. Camera con vista su muro, separata da altre camere da una porta di legno quindi rumorosa e poco riservata. Rumore di sciacquino tutta la notte. “Spiaggia” privata si rivela essere nel porto di attracco di yacht e piccole navi da crociera: non fruibile! Poche strutture ricettive e di ristorazione nei dintorni quindi piuttosto scomodo ”
