MEERholung FeWo 4.6 offers 72 m² of living space and can accommodate up to 5 people. Thanks to its spacious layout spread over two levels, this penthouse apartment is ideal for larger families or groups who want to travel together while still enjoying plenty of privacy.

Located on the 4th floor, easily accessible by elevator, the bright and open-concept living area awaits you. In addition to a cozy sofa area with a sleeper sofa for two people, there is also a single bed available here, offering flexible sleeping arrangements. A flat-screen TV in the living area provides entertainment. A separate bedroom with an additional TV on this level ensures peace and comfort. The bedroom features a double bed with a single, continuous mattress, providing a pleasant and comfortable sleeping surface. The modern bathroom with a walk-in shower is also located on the 4th floor.

A staircase leads you to the 5th floor. From here, you have access to the shared rooftop terrace, which is reserved exclusively for all penthouse vacation apartments in the MEERholung building and invites you to relax while enjoying breathtaking views of the sea and the rooftops of Sahlenburg.

The open kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need for comfortable self-catering: stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and a dishwasher. Crockery, silverware, and kitchen utensils are, of course, provided.

Parking spaces are available for an additional fee right next to the house. Electric vehicle charging stations are available.
