Beautiful, comfortably furnished vacation apartment for up to 4 people (about 50 m²) on the 2nd floor with a balcony from which you can enjoy the evening sun and the view of the dike and the sea. The apartment is fully tiled and equipped with underfloor heating.

Location: The apartment complex (with an elevator) is located right next to the dike, so you can reach the promenade in just a few minutes on foot. The apartment comes with a conveniently located underground parking space in the building. The neighboring building houses the wellness area, including a swimming pool and sauna. There is also a small children’s playground on the grounds.

Apartment: A bright, inviting bedroom with access to the balcony, as well as a spacious built-in closet, TV, DVD player, and safe. A living room with a double sofa bed (with mattress), a dining table for up to 4 people, satellite TV, DVD player, a Sonoro stereo system, access to the balcony, and a separate, fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, etc.
A bathroom with a shower, toilet, makeup mirror, hair dryer, and towel warmer. In the hallway, there is another closet and a large coat rack.



The Hohe Lith Residence, consisting of four buildings, is located right next to the beach, directly behind the dike in Cuxhaven Duhnen. The comfortable apartments are fully equipped, and some offer a stunning view of the North Sea.
Recreational amenities: children’s playground; wellness area with swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and infrared cabin; the Steinmarne outdoor pool is just a few minutes’ walk away.

Parking spaces in the underground garage (some uncovered), assigned according to apartment number (max. entry height 2.00 m, parking space width 2.20 m – 2.40 m; no entitlement to a replacement parking space).

Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (e-bikes excluded).

Beach chair rental at especially favorable rates (only while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone.

Check-in on Sundays and holidays between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM
