We appreciate your interest in Vacation Apartment No. 2.13 at the “Hohe Lith” residence in Duhnen.

You can look forward to a bright and comfortably furnished vacation home with two balconies.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor and is accessible by elevator.
The apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage.

Wall-to-wall cabinet with sliding doors for use as storage space.

Balconies
The large balcony (8 m²) features a comfortable seating area. Here you can enjoy the morning sun while having breakfast. A sun lounger and electric tabletop grill are also provided.
The smaller balcony faces southwest and offers plenty of evening sun.

All rooms feature bamboo-look PVC flooring; the windows can be blacked out.

The Residenz Hohe Lith, with its four buildings, is located right next to the beach, directly behind the dike in Cuxhaven Duhnen. The comfortable apartments are fully equipped, and some offer a stunning view of the North Sea.
Recreational amenities: children’s playground; wellness area with swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and infrared cabin; the Steinmarne outdoor pool is just a few minutes’ walk away.

Parking spaces in the underground garage (some uncovered), assigned according to apartment number (max. entry height 2.00 m, parking space width 2.20 m – 2.40 m; no entitlement to a replacement parking space).

Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (excluding e-bikes).

Beach chair rental at especially favorable rates (only while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone.


Free Wi-Fi internet access in all vacation apartments.
Coin-operated washers and dryers are available on the premises.
Check-in on Sundays and holidays between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
