The “Royal” penthouse apartment features three cozy bedrooms, each equipped with high-quality box-spring beds. In addition, one of the bedrooms offers a private sun balcony and a beautiful view of the sea. In addition to the stunning ocean view, the master bedroom features floor-to-ceiling windows and a view of the Duhnen roundabout, “Kreisel-Käthe, Kuddel, and Jonathan.”

The master bathroom ensures a sense of well-being with its large rain shower, bathtub, and toilet. There is also a second bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet, as well as a guest restroom. Bed linens and towels are included in the price.

While the kitchen offers a complete set of amenities and full vacation comfort, the dining table and cozy seating area invite you to relax and socialize.

From the light-filled living and dining area, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and the tourist activity thanks to the large floor-to-ceiling windows.

We, of course, provide Wi-Fi free of charge.

Upon request, we can provide a travel crib and a high chair.

Dogs are allowed in this apartment and can run around freely on the nearby dog-friendly beach. There is a surcharge of €15.00 per day for this.

A garage for your car is available free of charge.

A shared washer and dryer on the 2nd floor can be used for a small fee.
