“The steps leading upstairs needed a vacuum. The towels were so cheap and thin. Then our toilet didn't work! Called main desk which was this sweet woman that you could tell was doing everything it seemed all herself and she told us the toilet had been broken for some time but since we had requested a king size bed with a table and that was the only room they had they put us in it anyway! Who does that? We checked out immediately the next morning and found a cute and clean little place called...

“King suite was missing clothes hangers, chairs to sit on, luggage rack, shampoo. Staff found some hangers, a partly broken clothes rack and gave us an uncomfortable chair from the breakfast room. Luckily, we had a cushion with us and didn't need shampoo. Staff didn't know how to operate whirlpool bath and failed to have knowledgeable person contact us. A/C heater unit never maintained temp, just kept running. Had to manually shut it down. Other than king size bed there was nothing suite...

“It was a great water park! We loved being close to the waterpark and really enjoyed the hotel.”
