“parking was very well lit, but the overall stay was poor. The room looked rough on the inside and the room was too small. Also, no one was there at check out and the place overall smelled very bad. ”

“Piccolo Inn americano a gestione famigliare, accogliente ma con spazi tutti ridottissimi. Camera carina ma un po’ piccola x4 bagno mignon con vasca doccia. La pulizia lascia un po’ a desiderare ma meglio della media dei due stelle americani. Nota negativa la tenda della doccia molto sporca e ammuffita e l’acqua della doccia che scende lentissima. ”

“The plumbing in the room barely worked, so we had to use the bathroom in the hallway. Our room was situated under the breakfast room, and the banging around lasted until after 11pm and started at 6am every morning. Other guests on our floor had the same complaint. The staff was uninterested in doing anything about any of it. Won't be staying here again.”

“Booked two rooms here while driving south and am so lucky they were available. This hotel doesn't have alot of amenities - no hotel restaurant, no hotel lobby, etc, but the customer service, the rooms and the location are hard to beat. Book here if you want a room to enjoy Pismo Beach area at a great value. I would stay here over and over as the staff were amongst the kindest I've encountered.- kinda like a bed and breakfast without the breakfast, but one block from the beach. Highly recommend...
