“La chambre était grande et le personnel très serviable. Par contre les murs de la salle de bain étaient sales, nous avons du demander une serviette car ils n' en ont pas mis une par personne, il ya des travaux mitoyens a l'établissement, les chiens aboient au milieu de la nuit et on entend vraiment trop les avions. Aussi, info très importante, ils n'acceptent pas les cartes de paiement internationales, une galere quand tu arrives au check out...”

“Customer service is very poor. A lot of lack of communication and lack of understanding. The food was poorly made and the staff take ages for room service. Air conditioning was working but wasn’t cooling. Room wasn’t clean and didn’t look like the photos.”

“The place was just above being in shambles. The staff was indifferent at best and dismissive at times. I had to prove that it was pre paid when I arrived. The front desk people hardly looked at me while discussing. The condition of my room looked nothing like the pictures! The TV didn’t work, walls were stained, toilet seat was broken and overall dingy. If it wasn’t for the fact that I arrived tired from a delayed 14 hour flight I would’ve tried to relocate elsewhere. ”
