Ottima posizione per fare mare (ottima la spiaggia privata dell albergo) e per visitare hoi an. Se non é troppo caldo potete noleggiare biciclette in albergo). Buono il livello generale forse la struttura é un po invecchiata ma conunque ottimo rappirto prezzo qualità. Non al top ma discreto. Discreto il buffet a colazione. Due piscine non affollate 31 agosto e 1 settembre 2018. Ottimo x famiglia.

Very nice spot, between the see and the river. Clean and big room with big bathroom and hd tv. Two pools, great breakfast, beach services, verything was fine. 5 minutes taxi from the beautiful Hoi An.

This hotel is in a very quiet tranquil setting. The gardens are superb The staff were all lovely and bent over backwards to help. The breakfast was ok but not fabulous. The only real complaint is that the shower and bath tiles and screens needed some attention as mouldy and smelly.

A wonderful relaxing resort
Great place for a holiday, away from Australia. Flanked by the river and the ocean, the resort is great for both views and activities. The food is excellent, and the staff VERY helpful, and always courteous. When you want a little more "activity" the beautiful town of Hoi An is just a short 4km ride away. It sports many bars, markets and restaurants. My wife and I enjoyed our week here very much. Thanks to all for a very relaxing and pleasant stay. We will recommend this resort to our friends.

We really enjoyed our stay here for four nights. The only downside was the toilet kept blocking for some reason. However, staff would always fix fairly quickly when advised.

The resort is a nicely situated and has well appointed facilities. The restuarant is clean and offers nice views over the river. The 2 pools are of reasonable size and the area surrounding them are clean. The gardens are well kept and overall the resort presents well. However it is showing its age. Opened in 2003, the rooms (particularly ours) badly needed an upgrade or refresh. I guess it disappointed in this regard, but overall we enjoyed our stay and would go there again

The beach is located across the street from the hotel property. The two pools were nice for the kids but it is not shaded so lots of sunscreen. The breakfast buffet was nice but dinner didn't have many options. However, they are just 10 minutes car ride to downtown where there are lots of restaurants and shops.

Relaxing beachside location. Attentive wonderful staff. Can be very noisy due to large work/convention bookings. Upgrade to a Riverview room so you get a quieter location.

Property was clean and friendly staff, rooms a little outdated but still nice enough , beach across the road was nice but was not what was advertised as beach front. Pools good except the main pool was closed for functions occasionally. Taxi cabs readily available when needed, I did not like - they dye their pool towels which after wearing a brand new $200 swimsuit the dye completely ruined it 😡

The sandy beach was opposite the property. The setting was very nice. The hotel had a shuttle bus into town. Staff members were helpful at the front desk especially Ha. Some of the rooms are dated with old tiles in the bathroom. We did request to change rooms which the hotel accommodated. We were then given a sea view room which was better.

This is a great place to enjoy the pools and beach. Breakfast buffet had something for everyone. 15 min drive to Hoi An-Old Town/Night Market or $4-$5 USD taxi ride. We downloaded Grab and saved a little money. I would gladly stay here again.

Lovely resort in a great location.The river one side and beach the other.Staff were excellent and added bonus of free bicycles and free shuttle bus into Hoi An town.Only downfalls were that some fixtures and fitting need replacing.Our safe did not lock and we had issues with the door lock too.Enjoyed our stay though

The property has seen better days - but is bouncing back post COVID. Every day you could see more people working on the gardens and facades. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. Wi Fi is dreadful.

prijs/kwaliteit best oke. er zijn nog heel wat verbeter puntjes maar iedereen doet zijn best. We hadden een kamer met uitzicht op de rivier - heel leuk. de koelkast op de kamer bij de kinderen koelde niet maar gelukkig konden ze het water bij ons in de koelkast kwijt. zwembad is leuk (enige is dat het water veeeel te warm was, je kon echt niet afkoelen maar ook in de zee was het warm trouwens). het onderhoud kon iets beter maar niet om te zeggen dat het vuil was. Jammer dat er geen bar is om een drankje te bestellen. Wij waren amper in het hotel (steeds op uitstap dus we hebben maar heel kort aan het zwembad gezeten). er is een gratis shuttle service naar de oude stad dus dat is heel handig. Het ontbijt mocht gerust wel iets uitgebreider. het is echt afgestemd op de Vietnamezen. Voor ons was er mogelijkheid tot een ei, een toaster en een worstje. en daar eindigt de westerse keuze helaas. er was wel yoghurt in een potje maar die was niet gekoeld jammer genoeg. Het personeel is wel vriendelijk en behulpzaam

The staff were all great, so helpful and friendly. A couple of areas are still closed after Covid lockdowns but will reopen once business picks up again. My balcony opened onto the river and rooms opposite had gardens. Make sure to catch at least one sunrise from the beach directly across the road - it's well worth it. The Old Town is about a 10min taxi ride (about 100000vdn) and there's lots of shops, restaurants/cafes and street food 200m up the road. I will stay here again for sure when I return to Hoi An.

Short of staff due to Covid, service is not good at the reception desk. I don’t feel welcome at all. The room is not clean to be claim resort. The only good thing about this place is the location. Would not come back. It is Covid I understand but if you are open it should be properly open.

Bra men kort och annorlunda.
Jag hade en mycket fin vistelse men som avslutades på ett sätt som inte var planerat. Lördagen den 14 mars vid 19 på kvällen fick jag ett A-4 papper där jag och alla övriga boende på hotellet meddelades att söndagen den 15 mars skulle alla boende flyttas till ett annat hotell pga att lokala myndigheter bestämt att Hoi An Beach Resort skulle stängas tillsvidare från och med 15 mars 2020. Jag valde då att korta ner min vistelse med en dag och istället boka flyg hem till Sverige fortast möjligt. Jag var inte intresserad av flyttas till ett annat hotell utan få tydligt och klart förklarat för mig varför och vad som var den egentliga meningen. Jag bad om att få en refund på den sista natten som därmed inte skulle bli utnyttjad pga detta. Det lovades att jag skulle bli kontaktad via mejl under dagen 15 mars av ansvarig chef,för att få en refund, men det har ännu inte skett. Jag tror att Hoi An Beach Resort är ett underbart ställe att besöka under tider då vi inte har ett Corona virus som ställer till det i världen. Flera av dom boende från andra länder hade samma dag blivit uppringda av deras UD och beordrade att ta sig hem snabbast möjligt för att inte fastna i Vietnam eller på vägen hem pga att regler och direktiv ändrades timma för timma särskilt i Vietnam. Vilket säkert räddat mig från att fastna i Vietnamn instängd och utelämnad till själv. Med en regering och UD som inte skyddar sina medborgare är det bättre att ta sig hem fort som bara den.

But, we are so sorry to hear that it seems to be not smooth at the end of your trip. As you know that, Because the spreading of virus Corona is complex, from 16th Mar 2020 the people's Committee of Quang Nam Province decided to take our Hoi An Beach to become the isolation center for foreigners- who are travelling in Hoi An and had relevant with the person test positive for corona virus (COVID-19) to prevent the spread of the disease (if any). Therefore, we already sent a letter to inform to inhouse guests that all guests who were staying at our resort had to move to other hotel. We hope you can understand that it is unavoidable situation. And we had just got announcement regarding isolation area recently and we had to solve in short time. As regarding for refunding last night for you, we agreed with you to refund the last night to you. We already informed to Expedia regarding for refunding. However, Expedia is very busy at the moment because they have to solve a huge of request refund. Therefore, please keep waiting to get refund from Expedia. einfach Wow!
Der Strand war vorübergehend nicht benutzbar, da er von den Gezeiten bedroht ist und befestigt wurde. Ansonsten hat uns das Hotel begeistert! Die Mitarbeiter waren alle immer freundlich, das Frühstück war hervorragend, auf individuelle Wünsche wurde eingegangen, wir hätten gerne mehr Zeit hier verbracht.

Hyvää: Hotellin auto haki ilmaiseksi kentältä, 30min hieronta päivittäin, polkupyörät sisältyivät hintaan, bussikuljetus Hoi An keskustaan, Snookkerpöytä, siistit hotellin alueet ja palvelu toimi. Parin pienen korjauksen, oven kahvan ja allas putken kiristyskorjauksen jälkeen, mikä tapahtui heti aamulla, tuli kysely onko kaikki nyt Ok. Parannettavaa: Hotellin ranta ei vastanut kuvia, oli rakennettu aaltovalli ja uimaan pääseminen ei onnistunut eikä ranta baari toiminut. Hotelli kompensoi toisella viikolla asiaa hotellin bussi kuljetuksella 3km päähän yleiselle rannalle. Hotellin 4kpl tietokoneista yksi toimi jotenkin. Hotellin tie hieman meluisa (parveke oli tien puolella), mopoja meni tiuhaa heti aamusella vaikka tie johti niemenpäähän. Televisio pätki välillä mutta pääosin toimi.
