お値段が安いのにしっかりしていて期待以上のクオリティでした。 外がカラオケの音だだ漏れとタオルが黄ばんでて使えなかったこと以外は問題なかったと思います。 外が騒がしいのは個人的にはそんなに気にしないのでよかったですが、気にする方はちょっとキツいかもしれないです笑 スタッフの方の愛想もよく、言葉がちゃんと伝わってたかはわかりませんが、夜の外出の際も道を教えてくださったり。声をかけてくださったり、暖かいところでした。

　ダナン↔ホイアンの主力バスが走っていて何処に行くにも便利でした。住人のように観光やビーチや食べ歩きを楽しみました～英語は日本人程度しか浸透しておらず訛りも有るのか聞き取りにくかったです

Awesome, especially for the price

We arrived in Da Nang and were meant to stay at a different property but when we arrived there we discovered it closed! I booked this place from the front steps of the closed location and took about 10 minutes to find. When we arrived they had our reservation, check in was easy and the room was nice and also fairly large with a comfy bed. Bathroom with shower takes a bit to get up but then is very hot when turned all the way up which was awesome. Very close to the beach and just off main drag so lots to do - the main drag is very obviously aimed at tourists and a bit pricier for food, etc but if you go just off of it here is delicious local food for less. The staff are always at the desk, with someone even sleeping there Incase you need anything. The lady working also spoke decent English and her directions were helpful when I needed to find a pharmacy and she also provided a map to the bus when we were ready to head to Hoi An. We were meant to stay 3 nights but extended to 5 due to poor weather (we wanted to go to the beach which is beautiful with the softest sand I have ever seen!) this has been my favorite place in Vietnam so far, only downside were there were some tiny ants in the room but this seems to be everywhere in Da Nang (even on our bus). Also it can be loud with the windows open considering it is so close to the main road and the Vietnam traffic. Overall happy and would stay again especially considering nothing in Da Nang can come close to the price!

Lovely staff, not very attentive with cleaning the rooms at all though. However, it was comfortable for the price and close enough the beach to walk. We loved Da Nang!

Hyvä ja siisti

Hyvää palvelua, ja siisti hotelli, englantiin sujui. Varattiin aamupala, kirjautumisen yhteydessä sanottiin ettei sitä voida järjestää, hyvittivät summan. Sijaitsee hotelli alueella, ranta lähellä. Koska turisti aluetta niin ravintolahinnat lähistöllä korkeita yleiseen tasoon nähden. Erinomainen yhden yön viisiitiksi.

Disappointing

The room was so small that we couldn't put one bag on the floor and open it ... but the most concerning of all was that during the night our daughter's phone and holiday money was stolen from her locked room while she slept. The manager was very concerned and helped translate for our family at the police station ... but we presume that the thief got in through the narrow bathroom window ... which now, obviously needs some grills on it.

Clean and cozy

The main reason I chose this accomodation was the price, so I was worried that the rooms might not be so clean, or the service would not be good enough. Amazingly, compared to it's price this place offered more than what it takes. The room was cozy with clean bed sheets, and the location weren't so bad either. Only in 3 minutes walk from the beach, and couple of Danang's great restaurants, recommended by trip advisor, were near the location. The hotel's crew were very welcoming also. They provided information about the area with some tour tips. Even offered simple breakfast before the usual breakfast time because I had to leave early in the morning. Anyways, if you are looking for a place simply to stay for the night after a hard day of touring around places , this is definitely one of the good options you are looking for.

Fantastic Hotel and Surprisingly Inexpensive

The hotel was clean, the rooms were adorable, the wifi was great for the most part, the staff always had smiles and the laundry service was great. I really cannot think of one bad thing to say about this facility. The beaches are beautiful and a quick walk to the closest one, 5-mintes.

Nice stay in Da Nang

We had a nice stay, the hotel had really good value for money. Friendly and helpful service and the room had what was promised. Location is good for the beach but otherwise it is quite far from the central areas of Da Nang.

Somewhat disappointing

After all the glowing reviews on Trip Advisor, this accommodation was somewhat disappointing. Apart from the great location so close to the beach and the friendliness of the staff, the guesthouse could do with some improvements. Very poor laundry service and staff should make sure they remember to hand back guests' passports upon leaving.

Nhân viên nhiệt tình, thân thiện, dễ thương, rất trách nhiệm và tin tưởng. Phòng đầy đủ tiện nghi, sạch sẽ. Vị trí thuận lợi, đi bộ ra biển tắm rất gần, thuế xe máy đi các điểm loanh quanh thành phố rất tiện lợi , k xa. Giá cả rất ổn. Mình đi 10 người ở 2 phòng đơn 1 phòng đôi 5 đêm tính ra hết có 420k 1 người cả chuyển đổi đi thui Nói chung ấn tượng rất tốt. Nếu có dịp quay lại đn nhất định sẽ chọn tiếp kara

Very good for little money

Hotel staff gave us a friendly greeting and helped bring our bags up to our room. We were given 2 bottles of cold water each day. The room was clean. Very good for the price. There's a really nice place to eat just up on the corner at another hotel the food was the best we've eaten in Vietnam and also cheapest. Very close to beach and we rented a scooter for a good price. Would reccomend only downfall was no lift but going up 1 flight of stairs with help from staff with bags isn't bad at all. When we left the staff rang around and got the cheapest car to Hoi an which was good.
