Short 5 minutes to the beach . The beach is just beautiful. The city was such a wonderful surprise. Lot's of excellent seafood restaurants in the area around the hotel . The hotel is small maybe 20 rooms or so . The big rooms at the front of each floor overlook the beach .The staff were helpful and the room was kept spotless. For the price its a gem. We stayed for the location which is ideal for running the DaNang marathon .

Staff was very friendly, great price for a very nice clean room. Everyone wanted to make your stay the best it could be. Had a fantastic stay.

Fräscht hotell!

Helt okej hotell för pengarna. Rummet var stort och super fräscht, städning varje dag där de bytte lakan och handdukar. Saknade dock ett fönster där man såg ut lite. Vi hade ett fönster men 1 meter bort var nästa byggnad så ingen utsikt direkt. Dock stämmer inte infon hotels.com lämnar ut. Där finns ingen restaurang och bar på hotellet som det står. Någon bubbelpool existerar inte heller. Vi bodde här 5 nätter och på nätterna var det lugnt och skönt förutom sista natten då de hade checkat in lite mer folk. Hotellet är väldigt lyhört... Ligger med 4 minuters gångavstånd till stranden. Inga direkt roliga restauranger i närheten utan man fick gå en bit för att komma till "centrum". Skulle absolut kunna tänka mig att bo här igen om jag skulle återvända till Da Nang.

Good location close to the beach

The room I had was OK I can't really complain because I paid a very modest price, the staff were very good, it can be a bit noisy due to the bars close by playing very loud music but they tend to close at a reasonable time. It is very close to a very nice beach, but some of the rooms will have a view of a large hotel being built between the hotel and the beach. If you want a good low cost hotel then its OK

中心地まで３０分ぐらいで歩いて行けました。静かでした。

二日目以降ははミネラルウォーターとインスタントコーヒーの補給がなかったのが残念でした。仕方なく湯冷ましを飲んだり、部屋係りの人に行ったら三日目はもらえました。

다낭2일차와 3일차에 머문 호텔. 가격이 싸고 그럭저럭 묵을만 함. 단, 해변에 가까운 거 빼고 지리적으로 좋은게 하나도 없음. 시내도 멀고 주변에 뭐가 하나도 없어서 비오는 우기에는 비추.

界隈の相場にあったスタンダードで良いホテル

朝ご飯の価格がとても安く6階の屋上テラスで食べられるのでとても開放感がありよかった。 客室はとても清潔。 価格はビーチエリアのホテルの標準的な相場。 ホテルの設備は特にプールやフィットネススタジオがないのでアクティブに外で日中を過ごしたい人にはオススメ。 ホーチミンやハノイのような大都市の喧騒または大気汚染が海からの風により皆無で非常に心癒される環境。 ダナンと言う街はベトナムでは第3位の大きさを誇る街でありながら、人々はとても親切で交流を深めるにはよかった。

Clean but noisy

The hotel is very noisy. The halls echo, the lift beeps whenever it stops, and there is a karaoke bar nearby that plays loud music very late. If you are a light sleeper, you should think twice before booking here. Otherwise, it is a clean hotel and a very good value for a budget traveler.

Good place and good value

I was pleased by the room at this hotel. It is modern and has everything one needs, including decent wifi. Clean. The staff were helpful and responsive. We were able to book tours, a motocycle, and so forth through the front desk. Their prices were a little higher. The cost of the hotel is competitive. The only real downside I can see is that it isn't located within walking distance of anything interesting. We definitely used our rented motorbike. Occasionally we could hear other guests and workers cleaning other rooms, but it wasn't too bothersome.

THIS IS THE HOTEL HOW MUCH YOU PAY FOR!! NOISY NEIGHBOR. A LIZARD IN THE ROOM. BREAKFAST SHOULD BE BOOKED THE DAY BEFORE YOU WANT TO HAVE. HARD TO TALK IN ENGLISH. ONLY ONE I LOVED IS HOTEL LOCATION: NEARBY BEACH. OVERALL: 2/5

Could have been a better stay

"Over friendly" doorman/security guard wanted tips for "helping" with things we didn't need help with. The room was clean, but the bathroom is a bit too crowded. There was no safe provided. Wi-fi works in the room, sometimes. Breakfast was included and actually tasty, but DRINKS weren't included (we were told it's 10,000 VND for our coffee, but we were charged 15,000 VND for them). Un-notified room services, well we do have new towels and etc. everyday so it wasn't too bad. The location was easy to find and get to with great view of the beach walk way. However, there aren't many good restaurant around, in fact, there aren't much around (still under development). BE CAREFUL when you pay for a 4th person in a 3-people room (or something like that): that extra fee DOESN'T cover his/her breakfast (but they will give you an extra pillow for free though) - ask about this before checking in and have it write down somewhere. I got charged ridiculous fees for extra breakfast meals that I was told "You should have known" while it said breakfasts included in my confirmation e-mails with Hotels.com. Man, that really ruined such good time in Da Nang. Therefore, they deserve my 3-star rating.

Great new hotel

Hotel is located close to most touristy area with shops and cool restaraunts. The best part of my room was that it is overlooking the river with a nice view . Room was clean and a good size. Design is very modern so only downside was that it lacked character. Stuff is friendly and helpful with good English skills. Overall was a very good stay!

Olin pettynyt, hintatasosta huolimatta. Huoneessa oli kahdelle 1 n 120 cm levyinen sänky, 1 peitto, 1 tyyny. Henkilökunnan kanssa oli vakavia kieliongelmia. Talossa porattiin aamusta iltaan kiviporalla, sitä säesti viereisen rakennuksen teknojoukulaulut. Patja oli kivikova. Illalla sain soiton, jossa oletukseni mukaan minulle kerrottiin että aamiainen tuodaan huoneeseen ja kerrottiin aikaväli. Pyysin aamiaista 8.30. Aamiaista ei tuotu. Kun liian myöhään tiedustelin sen perään, minulle kerrottiin että sovitusta ajasta huolimatta olisi pitänyt erikseen soittaa sen perään. Edellisen illan ravintolasuositusten mentyä mönkään (paikalliset humalaiset ahdistelivat yksin ruokailevaa naishenkilöä) mittani täyttyi ja päätin lähteä. Siinä vaiheessa aamiaista tyrkytettiin uudelleen (10.30). Aluekin epämiellyttävä.

Decent hotel

It is a decent hotel, and very good value of course. Beds are pretty hard. But the staffs are very nice. Location wise, it is pretty close to the beach and a few restaurants. You can take a taxi to the city centre, which isn't that far out. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel.

Close to beach

Close to beach and clean hotel. Not the greatest location unless you just want the beach. Staff speaks no English. Booked an extra night through the Internet but hadn't gotten the confirmation email yet. They kicked us out of our room because they didn't understand and we couldn't show them the email. Disappointed about that. Otherwise an ok place.

Close to Beach and Seafood Restaurants

The room was comfortable enough. The shower was great! The wifi was very fast and reliable. The hotel was close to the beach and close to some seafood restaurants. The only down side was the limited breakfast menu. But breakfast was nice enough.
