“The picture shown is a bit deceiving. I found myself trying to figure out where it was taken in the lobby, didn't really look like this. They charge $22 per pet, per night, and supply NOTHING. They don't even have bags for you to pick up after your pet, which we always do. Fortunately we had our own. One of the person minding the desk was not good with English, and I couldn't understand him. We were required to pay when we arrived, and the total was not correct. Supposedly he corrected it before...

“This was by far the worst check-in experience I’ve had ever. I called the hotel just to confirm what name came through and the so-called manager answered super rudely didn’t even give me a chance to explain what I was looking for, and he said you have to contact where you booked through. That is no way to speak to someone who’s actually booking for services with you. “Poor customer service. When I arrived, I had to wait for 1/2 hour before someone came to helo me check in. I received an electronic card key and when I went to the room, I woke up some poor man at 11:30pm because the room had already been assigned. I had to go all the way to the lobby to get an empty room. In the morning, I was awakened by maid service insisting I had requested early check out, which I had not, especially since I had checked in late. The hotel itself was OK, although ”
