“La struttura dell' hotel si presenta bene, ben curata. Il personale alla reception è assolutamente fantatstica, disponibilissima e competente. La camera si presentava pulita e in buone condizioni di manutenzione. Il ristorante in buone condizioni di pulizia; colazione buona e varia. La scelta alla carta per pranzo e cena era varia e la qualità del cibo buono. Il personale decisamente attento alle esigenze del cliente. Fantastica la palestra, attrezzature nuove e ben tenute!!!! “Staff”

“The resort is located on the outskirts of Nashik. Booking cabs takes longer than usual. Opt for Ola. The front of the resort is kept pretty and the resort pics are from this end. The rest of the resort needs generous landscaping. It is dry and greenery is patchy. The rooms though good arent great. Exposed wires from TV and STB look ugly. Bathroom needs urgent works. From leaking faucets to low pressure in pipes and occassionally no water at all. Present tiling inside bathroom is stained and...

“Rooms had bad smell, not clean and without hot water.”

“The cleaning staff - Aditya did a very good job at keeping out room spotless everyday and providing all the amenities when requested. The Arbor Kitchen staff also served our breakfast , dinner and deinks very well. Thanks to Mr. Jaykumarfor attending us everyday during our breakfast and dinner meals. Also thanks to Mr.Ankur , Mr. Abhishek for serving and making us special drinks. As well as shout out to Mr. Vaibhav.”

“It’s decent hotel overall but overpriced for kind of service it offers. It’s okay for a night stay but won’t recommend it especially if you are visiting from outside India. It lacks mere basics these days and management doesn’t care much.”
