“We didn’t stay long, staff was very friendly and accommodating, bathroom in our room looked a little worse for the wear, sheets were clean, carpet needs to be redone. Kitchen in the room seemed clean, but we did not look super close or use it. ”

“I recently stayed at Hampton Inn Alexander City property is infested with lady bug in the rooms. There was also no hot water during my weekend stay. My room also had no phone service. Others in my party experience the same issues. I did speak with the front desk which didn’t provide any solutions to the issues. They stated they were booked and couldn’t offer a different room. This property needs a major renovation. This is the most disappointing Hilton stay!”
