La nuovissima casa di costruzione ha 9 camere da letto, 8. 5 bagni e costruita per intrattenere! Il livello principale ha un enorme spazio di vita aperto di 1000 piedi quadrati con soffitto a volta in quercia con travi di cedro cucite ruvide, camino, grande cucina da chef con isola gigante. La cucina comprende ripiani in legno rustico personalizzati, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, armadi su misura, doppi forni, doppie lavastoviglie, macchina per il ghiaccio sotto il mobile e grande dispensa walk-in. La zona giorno principale ha tre serie di porte-finestre che si aprono su un 12x50 proiettato in soggiorno all'aperto, divani e tavoli all'aperto. La sala da pranzo ha un grande tavolo che si adatta facilmente a 12 e il soggiorno ha due divani di grandi dimensioni e poltrone reclinabili che offrono posti a sedere per molti! L'arredamento sarà in stile lodge e molto confortevole per tutto il gruppo per rilassarsi e godersi il tempo trascorso al White Oak Lodge.

Tutte le camere sono dotate di letti King nuovissimi tranne il gemello che avrà due gemelli, uno ha un letto estraibile che può estrarre. Al livello principale c'è una camera da letto matrimoniale e bagno e due camere da letto aggiuntive con il proprio bagno. Al secondo livello c'è un secondo master o suite nuziale che è separato dalle altre stanze. Ampia camera da letto con bagno privato e letto king size.

Il seminterrato alla luce del giorno comprende 5 camere da letto, 4 bagni completi, ulteriore cucina completa e spazio abitativo! Le quattro camere da letto esterne nel seminterrato hanno un patio fuori dalla loro stanza con posti a sedere o camino esterno. Il piano interrato comprende anche un patio esterno 12x50!

Tutte le camere hanno la propria TV in camera, tutti i letti saranno dotati di lenzuola bianche fresche e asciugamani bianchi forniti nei bagni.

Questa casa è perfetta per feste di matrimonio, cene di prove, ritiri aziendali, riunioni di famiglia e molto altro ancora! Puoi cenare qui, portare uno chef per cucinare in casa o soddisfare uno dei meravigliosi ristoranti di Dahlonega! Questa casa si trova proprio di fronte alla Cantina Montaluce, ma vicino anche a molti altri luoghi e attrazioni di Dahlonega!

Fantastic VRBO host. We came for a wedding and the house is wonderfully laid out and spotlessly clean. They are very thoughtful with signage to help us identify things easily. Would definitely recommend this house for any stay.

Absolutely everything was perfect. My classmates who came for our 49th nursing school reunion were literally wowed. This house checked all the boxes for comfort, space, cleanliness and more. The view out back was so gorgeous and peaceful! I would highly recommend staying here.

Wedding Weekend!

Thank goodness we found such a beautiful house that held all of our close family and friends for our wedding. We had friends stop by for a “night before welcome gathering” and an after wedding “brunch.” This house was perfect for all our festivities and made our weekend seamless. The only minor inconvenience is the driveway being a bit narrow for cars to park. The scenery was picturesque!

IRON MTN TRIP

We took 4 teenagers to Iron Mtn for trail riding. This property is about the closest to the park. It is super nice, beautiful back porch with view. Negatives were super small TVs in bedrooms and no water hose for us to rinse off red clay well before entering the house. We had to strip down outside on front porch before entering. Overall, great place and hope to return.

great house!

House was fabulous for our family gathering. Thought having two kitchens might be overkill but not sure we can ever go back to having only one kitchen after this. Each bedroom has a sound machine and people liked them so much a few plan to buy similar ones for home. Some had trouble finding the house using Google Maps but Waze worked fine. Very clean and great layout.

Great house and amazing space!

Our family ranged from 3 years old to 74 years old. The house had a huge supply of pots, pans, towels, even a crib and high chair. We loved having two separate kitchens and separate living spaces. We communicated with the host very easily and she was able to answer our questions during our stay. Overall, the house was beautiful and we would love to stay here again!!

Schwing / underwood family

The home was lovely, layout, views, # of Bedrooms and baths perfect. It was well stocked with China, flatware, spices etc. But the downstairs was not very clean. The maids must have been tired by then. The baths had cob webs and marks on the wall. Plus there were insects. The owner was very apologetic and I believe she will quickly correct this problem since the rest was so perfect. As little things came up, she corrected them immediately. If I ever return to DAHLONEGA, I would stay there again. Thank you for sharing your home.

Family Reunion

Loved the very modern house with ample bedrooms, cute firepit, small hot tub and nice outdoor areas with cornhole. Amazing location just across the street from the Monteluce winery entrance. Parking for 5 cars and had a long driveway for additional parking. Kitchen areas are much smaller than pictured but other than that it was perfect for our family reunion of 17 people.

Absolutely gorgeous property!

We stayed here during our wedding weekend! Our whole bridal party fit perfectly! We had our rehearsal dinner and wedding after party here. Some things we greatly enjoyed and appreciated - two fridges, three dishwashers, the hot tube, ice machine, having so many bathrooms, the long driveway for all our cars, the spacious decks, and the backyard view during morning sunrise! The weekend was so much fun! Looking forward to booking in the future with all of our family and friends!

Wedding and Family Reunion

Wonderful experience and terrific host! The house was perfect for our family. Our daughter got married at Monteluce and this house was so convenient. The house was perfect to host a small rehearsal dinner and a small post wedding gathering. Everyone who stayed and visited loved the house and it’s amenities. The house was clean and had everything you could ask for in a rental kitchen! Laura was terrific. We really appreciated how responsive she was and that she was willing to help us even during our stay if we needed anything that wasn’t already available in the house. We highly recommend as this house is perfect for a family “sleepover” or any special event!

Great house

House is beautiful and perfect for large groups who need a lot of private bedrooms and bathrooms. We found the house extremely well cared for and stocked. The main kitchen was one of the best stocked kitchens I’ve stayed in. Laura was great to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome property for company retreat

We held a 5 day company retreat at the White Oaks Lodge and it was perfect. All 8 of us had our own bedroom and bath. The living room and porches were great for our discussions and business planning sessions. The kitchen was exceptionally well outfitted with well-organized and labeled drawers and cupboards. We enjoy cooking together as a group and this was a great space to do that in. Altogether a fantastic spot.

Retreat

We were looking for a house that provided multiple king bedrooms with dedicated bathrooms for a casual company leadership retreat & this booking was perfect. The public areas of the house promoted interaction while the multiple bedrooms provided privacy. The house had everything we needed ... a well stocked kitchen, large dining table, comfortable open sitting area, outdoor sitting areas, etc. I recommend this property.
