My sisters and I (all seniors) loved our stay here. Wonderful cabin, however, travelers be aware the road up is not paved all the way, so we were glad we didn't pull our trailer. as we often do to do on our "Junkin" trips.

The cabin was very nice overall and well stocked with everything one would need for an extended stay. Most of the cabin was clean and comfortable. The screened porch was lovely and surrounded by trees, however, it was not clean and with 90 degree temperatures, one of the ceiling fans did not operate beyond a slight rotation, making it less comfortable than it might have otherwise been. Another consideration for this property is access- the road to the cabin is partially all wheel drive territory. Consider an all-terrain vehicle if you want to enjoy the privacy and natural surroundings offered by this cabin. Overall, this is a cute cabin in the woods with all the modern conveniences and not far from downtown Dahlonega and a host of excellent wineries. We did enjoy our stay.

We had a wonderful weekend at this lovely, cozy cabin in the woods. It was very private and quiet. The road is a little steep and only one lane but we had no problems even with all of the rain. The cabin is just as described and was very clean and cozy. We especially loved sitting on the screened porch while it rained. We would definitely recommend if you are looking for a quiet place to get away from it all. It is only about 10 minutes to town and there is plenty of hiking in the area. We did see a pizza driver pass the cabin so while we didn't order out, it appears that it is available.

You can tell the owners take real pride in maintaining the space—it felt cleaner than most hotels we’ve stayed in. The atmosphere was incredibly cozy too, the kind of place that instantly makes you relax the moment you walk in. From the thoughtful touches to the warm, inviting layout, it was the perfect place to unwind after a day in Dahlonega. We only stayed one night, but it was memorable enough that we’d absolutely return. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and charming place to stay.

Beware: These hosts do not communicate. The cabin had no hot water (just warm), place was filthy and the water from their well is disgustingly undrinkable. I have photos to show. We had to leave because of how bad the conditions were at the cabin.

We went to Dahlonega to celebrate my husband’s 30th with some friends. It was a great weekend with a perfect cabin! We would absolutely stay here again.

25 th anniversary

We had an amazing time in dahlonega, the wineries Wolf mountain vineyard and Monteluce were great and the views were beautiful! The cabin was so clean and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed relaxing on the front and back porch and especially the hot tub!

Nice place, enjoyed our stay . Floors were a little gritty and the Hot tub wasn’t as clean as I would have hoped with such a high cleaning fee. But overall very nice place and would stay again.

The cabin was perfect, clean and very comfortable. Perfect, as advertise, I would recommend this cabin to anyone interested in staying in the Dahlonega area. First time visitors to this area and looking forward to coming back. Hope we're able to book this cabin again.We had no problem going back in forth on the small mountain road in our little 2-wheel drive Honda CRV.Plenty of Deer, Squirrels, Hawks, and Turkeys and other wildlife to look at while driving up and right outside of the screened in back porch.
