Welcome to The Reserve at The Haven, an intimate Scandinavian style A-frame retreat designed for couples seeking a peaceful escape in the heart of North Georgia.

The Reserve is a thoughtfully crafted one bedroom, one bathroom A-frame that blends modern design with warm, inviting details. Designed for connection and relaxation, this cozy hideaway features an open living space, a custom kitchen, and a spa inspired bathroom with high end finishes. Every detail is intentionally curated to create a calm, romantic atmosphere perfect for unwinding together.

Begin your mornings slowly with coffee from the full boutique coffee bar, stocked with syrups, creamers, a frother, and a curated tea selection. Spend your days soaking in the natural beauty that surrounds you, whether you are relaxing indoors or stepping outside to take in the peaceful views of the Etowah River flowing just beyond the trees.

Outdoors, The Reserve truly shines. Unwind in the private hot tub under the stars, refresh in the outdoor shower, or enjoy quiet moments surrounded by nature. This space is designed for slowing down, reconnecting, and savoring time together.

Set on six acres at The Haven, The Reserve is one of three unique homes thoughtfully placed across the property. Guests enjoy access to shared outdoor spaces including 330 feet of Etowah River frontage, open natural areas, and tranquil surroundings, all while maintaining a sense of privacy. The river and meadow areas are intentionally kept in a natural, unmanicured state, and river access is limited due to the natural terrain.

Located just minutes from downtown Dahlonega, this retreat offers the perfect balance of seclusion and convenience. Explore nearby mountain trails, visit local wineries and breweries, or simply enjoy the quiet beauty of the property. With Atlanta less than an hour away, an unforgettable couples getaway is closer than you think.

We had the most wonderful stay at this small, cozy modern retreat. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a luxury retreat. The design perfectly blends clean, modern touches with warm charm.The sleek finishes paired with soft lighting and natural wood accents that make the space feel instantly inviting.Despite its size, the cabin is incredibly well laid out and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The kitchenette had all the essentials, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the living area was the perfect spot to unwind with a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. The large windows brought in so much natural light and offered beautiful views, making the space feel open and connected to nature.One of our favorite parts was the hot tub. Whether relaxing on the deck, stargazing at night, or simply enjoying the stillness, it truly felt like a reset from busy everyday life. It’s the ideal spot for a romantic getaway, a solo recharge, or a cozy weekend escape.Thank you for hosting us for our anniversary and providing us with rose petals and gift basket.
