Your vacation rental is located on the 1st floor of the "Berolina" building, easily accessible by elevator.

With 47 m² of space, there’s plenty of room here for up to 4 adults:
- Living room with direct access to the covered, furnished balcony
- Living area with TV and sofa corner,
integrated sleeping area with a comfortable fold-out bed featuring 2 single mattresses for more space during the day,
wall unit with wardrobe and plenty of storage space, blackout option via exterior blinds
- separate bedroom with bunk bed (sleeping area: 2 x 200 cm x 90 cm), internet-based TV, and a dresser
- Kitchen with dining area for 4 people and a kitchenette with an oven
- Bathroom with a bathtub and toilet

The apartment includes 2 outdoor parking spaces.

Swim in the on-site swimming pool (15 m long, 8 m wide, and 1.20 m deep, with a separate toddler pool; use restricted to guests and owners of the Berolina), relax on the sunbed (for a fee), work up a sweat playing table tennis, test your accuracy at darts (please bring your own darts), and enjoy panoramic views of the Baltic Sea from three rooftop terraces...

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation! Smoking is permitted only on the balcony!

Additional Extras:
You can store the bicycles you bring with you in one of the two basement rooms in House A or in the bicycle storage room on the first floor between Houses A and B. In House D, there is a shared laundry room on each floor from 1 to 4, equipped with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee).

IMPORTANT – Good to know: The swimming pool will be closed in 2027 from calendar week 01 through calendar week 11!
