“It’s indeed the 5 stars experience that we are looking for our vacation. Front desk ladies and men were very nice and they’re there to assist you especially with language barrier. Food has a lot of choices and we even got complementary by bumping our room to suite!!!

“Staff was kind and courteous. They helped me with my luggage and even was willing to accommodate specific room conditions that I was looking for. They kept my room clean and always replaced the old towels with new one. And they even gave me a very nice welcome bag. They helped me store my luggage when I needed it and even offered to call me a taxi. They were all extremely helpful and greeted me every single time I walked in. They even taught me a little bit of Chinese, highly recommend 100%”

“This is like a little hideaway, when the cab pulled up to the building there’s just an elevator door to get into the hotel on the 3rd floor. The staff was exceptional and helped us with everything from locations of restaurants, subways, and things to do I would give them an A+ and would recommend this place.”

The hotel room is spacious and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast includes a wide range of Chinese and Western options. My family of 3 stayed for 3 nights and we enjoyed every minute of our stay.”

"Hotel al centro di Shanghai facilmente raggiungibile da aereoporto e stazione. Hotel bellissimo, personale cortesissimo sebbene purtroppo non tutti parlano inglese, anzi pochissimi alla reception. Abbiamo avuto un imprevisto con la camera prenotata ed è stato prontamente risolto. La colazione da 5 stelle..eccezionale tutto fresco e fatto sul momento con piatti tipici locali e internazionali. "
