Check in was easy - Monica kept in touch before our arrival and sent me photos on WhatsApp of the entrance to the building and where the elevator was situated. “So we needed a hotel last minute as we were unhappy with our Airbnb, and this was a gem! We are so grateful that we found this beautiful boutique hotel. Within moments of booking, the owner was messaging me on WhatsApp, and the staff was incredibly accommodating. They allowed us to unload all of our bags, this is a long Europe trip, so we have way too many. Lol and they took them all upstairs for us. La salle de bain fonctionnelle et propre, la décoration sobre et élégante. Grand placard, beaucoup de rangement. Bon fonctionnement du chauffage. Accès sécurisé, résidence calme. Tramway à proximité.
