“The cleaning staff were absolutely horrible. I had to beg for towels and cleaning products. However, the reception staff were helpful to restore some sanity. They went above and beyond to aid me during a GI illness during my trip. Kudos to them! Should fire all cleaning staff immediately. They were rude and obnoxious.”
