“Loved the pool/spa experience. We stayed in rm226 and one of the beds has a sharp "something" about 2" long sticking out that I cut my leg on!!! I think the building and furniture is just old and outdated. The water had a bad smell to it? There is mold in the bath area.”

“Check in was rough due to a new person working and the person training was to busy on her cell phone to help her. Made an error checking me in and at this point have paid for the room twice, so a $450 stay turned into a $900 stay. When I checked out I was told that the "boss" was the only person that could fix it and won't be back until Tuesday. Was also told that since she is the "boss" nobody else needs to know how to do it. Room was very loud with screaming children most of the two...

“There was a curry and stale cigarette smell, bathroom panels broken off, pillows were trash, trash in the hallways, mattress laying everywhere, and too much to list. Do not recommend, save your money.”
