“Personale inesperto e inattento. Non accettano l’addebito per il bar sulla camera e nonostante ciò non sono in grado di gestire i pagamenti. Unico macchinario presente in palestra è rotto da mesi. Colazione imbarazzante. Quando si viaggia per lavoro, sono importanti alcuni dettagli che qui non sono per niente curati. ”

“Nice hotel. Good breakfast! Nice to convene with family in the lobby area! Nearby parks and walking trails! My only complaint is the knee buster towel rack in the front of the sink. Poor design. When you are using the bathroom sink, there is a towel rack on the front of the sink cabinet that hits you in the knees.”

“Room was filthy and made me sick. Found mold growing behind peeling bathroom wallpaper. After I finally got to the only room they'd offer to switch me to, I found out they downgraded to a queen bedroom from a king without being informed or the price adjusted. As-of this review, they have yet to refund me the difference in price, or for the manager to respond to the mold, spiders, lack of cleanliness, foul room smell (embedded in carpet and curtains) that made my first and primary room during...

“Didn’t like that there was restaurants in hotel rather than breakfast. No microwave in rooms. Got locked out of room day of checkout almost 2 hours before checkout time. Had to have staff reopen it because they couldn’t get me a new a key that worked. Staff was very helpful. Overall stay was good”

“Absolute gem of a hotel! I’ve enjoyed staying on two separate occasions and throughly enjoyed the quality amenities and friendly staff. I’m not going to go into details but there was a rather major mishap/inconvenience on our first stay and I debated bringing it up to management but before I had a chance they let me know they would be covering our entire stay. Lovely view great management and a cozy relaxing atmosphere I hope to enjoy again soon! I’m tempted to write a bad review just to help...

“Staff was courteous. Room was very comfortable. Wait to check in was a bit long, but we checked in at busy time.”

“We stayed 3 nights and rooms are cleaned every other day. On our second day the room was not cleaned they just switched towels. I reported to the front desk and the response was I heard that from another guest. I like this hotel chain…do better!”
