“Very friendly and helpful staff who made our stay enjoyable. The main drawbacks were the breakfast, which had a fairly limited selection, and the poolside service during the day, as it could sometimes be difficult to get a staff member’s attention to order drinks. Overall, however, we had a pleasant stay.”

“Room was clear also they have many pools. The stuff try to help their customers but there aren’t enough of them. It could be better at first glance. Good thing is food, beverage and amenities are really good. We could say it’s because they’re new, but I hope they’ll get better”

“Zimmer sind teilweise veraltet, die Klimaanlage war laut. Die Essensauswahl hat sich immer wieder wiederholt. Das Personal wirkt unerfahren. Wir haben 1-2x mitbekommen, wie sie untereinander unschöne Wörter benutzt haben. Das Meer war meist wellig. Badetücher gibt es nur im Spa-Bereich. Die Anlage an sich ist schön, vor allem für Kinder und Babys. Direkte Strandlage ist von Vorteil (ca. 5 min Fußweg)”

“Si può fare con molto agio e libertà tutto quello che ci si potrebbe aspettare in una struttura così ampia e curata, sia nella parte residenziale che negli impianti e nei servizi. Un minimo di cura in più nell'organizzazione del personale di sala del ristorante principale (che è self-service, con ampia offerta per ogni tipo di dieta!) migliorerebbe la puntualità del servizio al tavolo, limitato alle bevande.
