“Communication from the start was excellent. A couple days before arrival I received contact to enquire about arrival time. As we would be arriving late we were advised how to get our key, with full directions and pictures to make it easy to arrive without disturbing others. When we got into the room, it was lovely and thoughtfully put together, however there were no towels at all - a quick message later and this was resolved with profuse apologies (& and extra little packets of nougat!) “Schöne, einfache & praktikable Zimmer in wunderbarer, ruhiger & ländlicher Umgebung. Die Zimmer sind minimal eingerichtet, weshalb sie umso geräumiger sind. Wir hatten zwei Hunde dabei und ausreichend Platz. Kartenzahlung war möglich. Vielen Dank 😊 ”

“Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, schön eingerichtet und außergewöhnlich sauber. Leider befanden sich Haare in den Betten der Kinder, sodass die komplette Bettwäsche ausgetauscht werden musste. Dies wurde zwar umgehend erledigt, war dennoch ärgerlich. Bitte prüft künftig die Betten vor der Anreise sorgfältiger – insbesondere die oberen Betten, in denen Kinder schlafen. ”

“De kamer was schoon en het ontvangst was hartelijk. Zaken die niet kloppen, worden direct aangepakt, zoals een buitenlamp die niet werkte. Volop parkeergelegenheid bij de herberg. Rustig gelegen in een bosrijke omgeving.”

“I had a problem on my arrival at 00.40. No reception service after 23. They said that a mail has been sent but unfortunately I never received that mail. It is true that they tried to contact me via mobile but as my flight was delayed my phone was switched of as I was flying to Holland. So I did not receive any message. I arrived in front of the hotel...the dorr was open but no light, no service, no reception...nobody. I've tried to call the number of the hotel as I was aspecting at least...

“Das Personal ist überaus freundlich, die Zimmer sind schön. Es gibt Parkplätze vor und hinter dem Hotel. Das Zimmer war allgemein sauber, hätte aber mit ein wenig mehr Aufwand perfekt sein können. Das Frühstück bietet alles was man sich wünscht und Getränke wie Kaffee, Tee oder auch Smoothies sind inklusive. Hätten wir geahnt, dass man die Therme kostenfrei nutzen kann, hätten wir auch Badesachen mitgenommen. ”
