Hotel vicino a Dale Ball Dog Run - Santa Fe

“Mouse in room | High price, low value Around 12am on our 3rd night, we awoke to sounds of a mouse scurrying around. We opened the doors and scooted it out onto the second story patio. Checking the room, we then found several droppings. We called front desk, who told us there were no rooms we could move to. They sent cleaners to vacuum our room and change bedding, which finished about 1am. The next morning, we spoke with the front desk manager, who offered to refund our resort fees ($55 per...

“Camera spaziosa e pulita. Colazione ben fornita.

“The breakfast food was very good, the coffee very bitter and strong. The room was comfortable with a big shower. Regarding the cleaning, there was a long hair inside a towel.”

“Lovely update of a classic 1950s hotel”

“The manager and staff at this property absolutely ABHOR Expedia customers. They REFUSED to help change a room because I didn't book directly with them. The manager told me she COULD help me if I had booked directly, but WOULDN'T help me because I booked with Expedia. They then LIED to Expedia when Expedia called to make the change. I had the absolutely WORST hotel experience in my entire life (and I travel a lot). The staff was ABUSIVE. I DID NOT end up staying the 2 nights I booked because I...

“Bellissimo”

“Had a great stay. Comfortable, breakfast”

“No mini fridge. No fitted sheets on the bed. Carpet smells horrible. I dont know why hotels have carpeting in any rooms, especially dog friendly rooms”

“Tutto molto bene, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Struttura pulita”

“No one told us the swimming pool was under maintenance!!!!? We picked that hotel specifically for the indoor swimming pool. AND IT WAS UNUSABLE!!!!! That made our ENTIRE stay a mess!!!!”
