“The property was not clean. The rooms were not not checked. The bed were not made. Once we would leave for the day. And return our rooms look the same way the man working in the front desk was very unprofessional. He had on shorts and a T-shirt, slides and colorful socks no collared shirt no dress pants no dress shoes no professionalism. Our room door would not unlock with a key so we would have to come get the person at the front desk. Anytime we return to the hotel in order to enter our room...

“The foldout couch was visibly dirty and had holes. It was broken and unusable. The bedding provided for it was threadbare and terribly scratchy.
The wallpaper was peeling and the carpet was sticky. The floors were uneven and lumpy.
The air conditioner was not cooling the room.
The lobby of looked great. And the bathroom appeared to be clean. So there's that.
We made the decision to make the drive home in the middle of the night rather than stay.”
