Luxury on RIVA, I would call this apartment that has everything your heart desires in it - two baths, two TV's, two AC's, big bed, living room, fabulous view, etc. If you like the photos, go for it! “My sister & I really enjoyed our stay! We had a modern and recently refurbished room which is a short walk to everything but not too loud given its central location. Emilija was lovely and gave us an overview of Split when we arrived and was easily contactable if we had any questions. Great value for money. ”

“Great stay here in October - the place was clean, modern and well equipped. Breakfast was so handy - plenty of options and a nice seating area. The staff were so helpful, couldn’t recommend them enough! Based in a residential area so it is nice and quiet, though a little off the beat and track, but an easy 10-15 min walk to the town! ”

“The amenities and facilities were lovely and everything you’d need for a holiday. Spacious rooms and in a great location for a 5 minute walk to the marina. The breakfast was tasty and had a great variety. Lovely cooks and cleaners. But where Villa Toni excelled from the rest was with Tonći who was beyond accommodating and nothing was ever too much to ask from him. He explained places to visit and ways to engage with the culture there. He offered to sort out any activities we’d like to do whilst...

“Eccezionale sotto ogni profilo. Location comodissima accanto al Palazzo di Diocleziano. Arredi eleganti e manutenzione perfetta. Parcheggi a pagamento nelle vicinanze (ma ci vuole un po' di fortuna...). Ottima colazione inclusa nel prezzo in un bar all'interno del Palazzo di Diocleziano...”

“La cosa speciale sicuramente il fatto di essere al centro del palazzo Dioclesiano. Purtroppo la camera era infestata di zanzare .. i primi minuti ne abbiamo uccise 10 .. la Tv non funzionava la camera molto piccola . Impossibile chiedere bene i balconi così rumori e luce a volontà fino a tardi ”

“This property was very good and the location was perfect. The staff was friendly, knowledgable and helpful. Breakfast was great containing the cereals, breads (also catered to my gluten free needs), meats, cheeses and fruits. Our bus was late in arriving and we had an issue getting into our apartment but after that all was well. I would stay there again.”

“Le camere sono situate al 10 piano, bellissima vista sul mare, 10 minuti dal Palazzo di Diocleziano, ottima colazione. Noi abbiamo alloggiato nella suite, due bagni per tre persone, arredamento moderno ed elegante”

“The rooms were clean and very well appointed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing is that we had to walk up 4 flights of stairs with our bags. But overall a lovely place and the location is FANTASTIC! right next to Diocletian's Palace. It was so convenient. I would recommend. ”

“Sehr schöne Unterkunft direkt am Meer, mit SPA-Bereich und Außenpools. Die Mobile Homes sind gut ausgestattet und klimatisiert. Fahrräder stehen an der Unterkunft kostenfrei zu Verfügung, auch E-bikes. Das fanden wir super. Es ist schade, dass keine Info dazu vom Personal gibt. Auf Anfrage vor der Anreise hieß es , Fahrradausleihe ist gegen Gebühr möglich. Einiges Manko war, dass das Zimmer staubig war.”
