Our room was very nice, the area where you have breakfast for me was the high point of the day with great service and great buffet, the pool and gym are very nice, the indoor spa and pool are very nice - the bathroom off indoor pool is a bit shabby and was leaking. The lady that organised the excursions was not great. She wanted us to go on a tuk tuk tour when there was a forecast for severe storm. Not great.
