“Overall the property and rooms were very clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful. However, you can hear people in the above rooms. The water was lukewarm and never reached a hot temperature. The elevators were out of order and you had to take the stairs. I have stayed at these hotels before in other places and never had any issues.”

“The staff was incredible. Everyone was kind & helpful. All smiles. Room was clean except there were no bags for the trash cans. It was very quiet and I slept like a baby.”

Breakfast this morning had 1 piece of bed and no cereal. Ice machines not working. TV remote not working, tried 3 remotes and also had to replace TV. Only saving grace was their militance man (Dan), he replaced bulb and finally got the remote to work (third one).”

It is also 1 block away from the Lorraine Motel (National Civil Rights Museum) and 5 blocks from Beale St. The staff were so helpful and kind, especially Ms. Lamaria. Very stylish and homey atmosphere . I would recommend this hotel and would definitely come back,”

“An excellent choice if you have a car. Not far from Mempgis, TN. The hotel website says "deluxe continental breakfast" which was in fact poor and with a very limited choice of food and drinks. This needs improving a lot”

“Received key for 1st room, room wasn't cleaned. 2nd room, key didn't work, 3rd room had a hole in the wall, tv didn't work and the bathroom wall was very dirty. Dried up something- gross. The lady at the front desk was very apologetic. Also, they charge you additional fees totaling $75 that aren't mentioned on expedia. They charge a deposit, utility fee and cleaning fee and even charge your card before your stay. If it wasn't late and i didn't just drive 11 hours, i would've stayed...
