“Well, they couldn’t find my reservation to begin with. Then we notified them the phone did not work, the sink was plugged and the heat/air didn’t work well at all! You either were baking or freezing, no comfortable zone! Needless to say, nothing was done to correct our requests! Dirty towels and rags were also left in our room! People were really friendly, accommodations were lacking! ”

“There should have been a continental breakfast included in the price since no coffee makers were in the rooms. We booked our rooms for 2 nights but were locked out after our first night. I had to go back to main desk to unlock both rooms on two different occasions! We arrived about 6:30 on a Friday night & ate in the restaurant & had a very nice gentlemen wait on us, he was good & so was the food.”

“Looking at booking the reservation thru Expedia - it was expressed there were only three rooms left. The reality was only two rooms were booked. All the rest were not. I’m not sure if the property owner or Expedia is responsible for being dishonest. I have to think more deeply when I book thru Expedia - unless I can get a better answer. The property and room were clean and well maintained.”
