“This was a shocking stay. The worst part of it should have been the road noise - I was booking a property on a highway so came prepared - but the “apartment” had no kitchen, in fact what was the kitchen was just curtained off. This room was clearly under renovation with DIY paint jobs and half finished construction in the room. Even a heads up that this was what we would find would have been helpful but absolutely nothing from the staff. It’s clear this room is being rented as an after thought....

“We had a lovely stay overall. The property was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The fairy lights outside were a really nice touch and made the place feel cosy in the evenings. It was also great to find somewhere that welcomed dogs. If you’re travelling with a pet, just keep in mind there’s not a lot of indoor space and no undercover outdoor area, which could make things a little tricky if it’s raining. The property is quite secluded, which is perfect if you’re looking for peace...
