A stopover in Lorraine Damelevières is 30 minutes from Nancy by motorway and 20 minutes by train (with around thirty daily return services to Nancy from 5.30am to 10pm), and 20 minutes from Lunéville by road (9 minutes by train with around twenty daily return services). The station is a four-minute drive and a 20-minute walk away. The station can be reached in 4 minutes by car, and on foot in 20 minutes. The commune has all the local services and shops: doctors and other health professionals, chemists, banks, post office, bakeries, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, pizzerias, hairdressers, florists, tobacconists/newsagents, car garages, SNCF station, etc.The large, sunny terrace has garden furniture and a barbecue is nearby. The landscaped, fully enclosed grounds have two entrances providing secure off-road parking for up to six vehicles (including large ones), and are ideal for children to play in safety.The house spans 275 m2 on two levels. The bedding, duvets and pillows are anti-allergy, anti-dust mite and anti-bacterial, the mattresses are of the highest quality and comfort and are of the "Bruno" brand, and the percale bed linen is of the "Blanc des Vosges" brand.
All the single beds are large (90 x 200), so they can be paired up and instantly transformed into two king-size beds for two people each. The house comes with duvets, pillows and bed linen to suit all configurations. The television allows you to enjoy 275 channels, including the "TV by CANAL Panorama" bouquet with several channels dedicated to children. The rental is exempt from tourist tax.
