Hotel con piscina a Damerham

“De Lodge viel erg tegen. Het was oud en niet comfortabel. Douchen moest in bad onder een schuin plafond waardoor je niet kon staan. Het eten in het restaurant was goed. Zowel ontbijt als diner. Personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam.”

“Main hotel was closed - so had to stay in the annex. Annex rooms could of done with some pictures on the wall to make it feel more homely.”

“We were very happy with our stay, chose this hotel because of it's location, easy walk into Shaftesbury and gold hill, and next day to stourhead national trust. The room was very clean and everything worked ok but the room decor reflected the 3 star rating, but the bar and dinning areas were more like 4/5 star and also the food and service one of the best Sunday carveries ever, would return just for that, and then to top that the full English breakfast wow, that was definitely 5 star, the staff...

“The room was perfect, lovely bathroom as well, however the hotel experienced a power outage overnight & therefore there was no hot water, lighting, no hot food for breakfast - and for whatever reason the toilets wouldn’t flush, which nobody seemed to realise. We had to pack the relative darkness looking for our belongings from the lights from our phones, and finding a way down the corridors in a huge sprawling hotel in the dark was quite tricky. I realise this is not exactly the hotels fault but...

“Location good, unless difficulty walking as it’s quite a steep walk from the town/beach back. Small payable car park. Although the rooms have more up to date furniture the rooms and buildings are looking quite tired and in need of decorating. The pool area is small so can get very busy. ”

“Bed and bathroom clean but many areas in the room quite dusty. Radiator didn’t work in bathroom. Room very hot on a warm day freezing on a windy day. Floors throughout the building creaked unbelievably. Breakfast very basic not many dietary options. ”
