Independent cottage for 5 people with a terrace overlooking Lake Dampierre-en-Burly. The accommodation comprises, on the ground floor, a kitchen, a living/dining room with a lake view, a bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm), a separate shower room (shower, sink), and a small sleeping area open to the living room, separated by a curtain, which opens onto the terrace and has a single bed (90x190cm) (accessible via a passageway to the stairs).

Upstairs, there is a bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm) and an adjoining toilet.

Outside, there is a small raised terrace with garden furniture, a parasol, and a barbecue.

Parking: free on the street next door.

Fishing is possible near the cottage with direct access to Dampierre-en-Burly lake (pike, gudgeon, predatory fish). Fishing permits are available in the village shops (€26 per year for 4 lines, €6.50 per day).
