Hotel in zona Colline di Dana, Dana Point

“The entire hotel looks like it was recently refurbished. Our room looked like brand new and was clean looking. The carpet looked clean but our feet were black from walking on it. I wish they had tiled the entire room instead of installing carpet.”

You can opt for more sustainable actions like not having your towels or bedlinen changed daily in order to save water and preserve oceans from additional polluting actions. Warren and the whole team are gorgeous! So friendly and caring, they provide all possible information to make your stay even better. The breakfast area is like a kitchen....

“Bodily fluids on the walls in bathroom, hairs in bathroom and in shower. Pretty gross. Beds felt clean but so hard, I woke up with a bad ache after barely sleeping because the ac turns off and on & the “consistent fan” button did not work, therefore the loud machine work me up every 5 minutes, there is a street and fire station right next door making it more noisy if you don’t use the ac and leave the window open. “Our check in was fast ,easy ,and Alyssa made us feel welcomed and went above and beyond to help us get checked in early. Our room was big, clean and comfy. The breakfast area was clean, plenty of food, good variety, and nice staff. We also took a dip in the pool and it was amazing as SoCal was having a heat wave.This was our 2nd stay here. Great area and great staff! ”

“Yeah you can see a decent ocean view just over the freeway. Not big but still decent view. 7min drive to the pier bowl. Surfing donuts across the street is good and sanchos tacos down the road also good. Room has roku tv.”

“This is a cute, quiet, cottage-like, hotel directly on the sand with beach access! I checked in on 3/21/26 at about 3pm and the front desk staff was incredible. They were super inviting, warm, and friendly and truly made us feel like we were being hosted in their own home! Thank you for the memorable check in experience and lovely stay ”

“It's Very nice and clean structure. Unfortunately my room had the bathroom in the room but not separare by door, so we have to stay outside the room when the other person is using bathroom and this is not very confortable. This was not written in the room description, so it was a bad surprise for us. The location is good: many restaurant around, but the town it is not the better one of the coast; it is good just if you want to spare some money”
