“Place is great”

“Wish check-in time could be earlier, 4 pm wastes the whole day, noon or 1 would be better especially since we paid for the whole day. Enjoyed the screened-in porch after I swept the leaves outside and cleaned the table and chairs; they were very dirty. Wish we could have used the gas grill but it needs cleaning as well as the kitchen oven needs cleaning. The railings on both the deck and stairways outside are in need of repair, loose boards and weak from the weather. Both sliding door locks...

“Communication was excellent with fast responses to every message. The place was beautiful and we were informed about the low lake, which was beautiful to look at but unable to use. We were there for ATV trails, so that didn't matter as much to us. The was more than we typically spend for a weekend vacation, however the rates in the whole Minong area are higher as a whole, so a decent price for that area. “What an incredible nature oasis! We loved kayaking, letting the dogs swim in the river, and having bonfires. There were many beautiful native plants and so much wildlife- a fox, a river otter, an owl, and some mud turtles! The cabin was a perfect size and well maintained. Would recommend for a peaceful getaway!”

“The property was very similar to the photos, with a short walk to the river access. We had been concerned that the cabin would be smaller than expected for four adults, but it was very spacious and generally comfortable. The kitchen is well supplied with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, and cooking essentials, but there was no coffee. The only issue was that the bunk beds were uncomfortable and very, very squeaky.
