“They never replenished breakfast. I was in the breakfast room for about half an hour and no one bothered to provide more eggs and sausage. Staff seems surly.”

“The owner was very accommodating for our late midnight arrival which we appreciated. We stayed in room #32. Pros: The room was clean, a/c worked fine, refrigerator was larger than most mini refrigerators, bed was comfortable. Cons: Only 2 small pillows on bed, no hot water, bathroom door did not fit well and was noisy to close. Cost was more than comparable motels.”

“DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE. I’ve stayed here yearly since 2022, but this time, we were told our room was in “the other building”. This “other building” was in a different parking lot and had several boarded up windows/door. Parking lot full of garbage and dog feces. First floor smelled like feces. Filthy carpet. Had to shoulder the room door open (got worse throughout stay). Man from the front desk said he had to bring us towels and fix the TV (it never worked). Bathroom light was burned out; took...

“If you like to sleep in an 85 degree room without working AC in the heat of summer, this hotel is for you! Very disappointed in the lack of maintenance to fix the AC. My husband requested a new room so he didn’t have to sweat to death, but they were “full” and unable to accommodate. Staff dropped the ball. This place was one and done for us. My husband travels a lot for business, and trust me… there are better hotels in McCook. You get what you pay for. :(.”
