“The location of the house was great! Peaceful place. The views of the lake and the lake it self were amazing! There was a large ant issue to the point you couldn’t enjoy the deck over looking the lake, that was very disappointing. There was also a lot of wasps around the deck and the dock area (I did get stung and ended up with a visit to urgent care). The deck itself seems a bit unsafe as it bows and feels a bit unstable. The space of the house is great. We had 7 people and felt that we had...

“We had a wonderful stay! Party of 5 adults and 5 children very comfortable here. The cabin was very well stocked with toiletries and kitchen necessities, including spices and oils. The paddle boards and kayaks were a welcome bonus for my 5 grandkids (from ages 7 - 13). We didn’t even leave the property! The steps to the dock were a little steep for us older folks due to the lake being down but the grandkids managed just fine. Swimming and fishing all day then campfire every evening and lots of...

“Great stay. Pool was warm and clean so was the hot tub. My family used every inch of the home and yard. The Lake area was great to, loved the slide off of the deck! Great Sun porch we all met there morning and evenings. I only have one complaint. It needed vacuumed bad. I don't think the cleaning people did a good job at all, My daughter and husbands bed the sheets had crumbs in them. They washed everything. Fruit loops all through the couchs and on the living room floor. BUT we cleaned and had...

“Everything was as described in the listing, and communication was excellent. We brought our boat, and I was a bit worried about the water level at the dock due to the drought conditions, but the depth was more than sufficient. I would comment that the shared trail down to the dock was slightly more challenging than I had envisioned, especially with a full-sized truck. Otherwise, I wouldn't hesitate to rent again!”

“We had an excellent stay. The rooms were all as advertised and everyone was comfortable. The property had lots of deck space outside and we used it extensively. The dock was a good place to enter and exit the lake since the shoreline almost everywhere on this lake is too steep. All-in-all, we had a great vacation here.”

“This is a very cute and clean cabin that is in a rural area but not too far from Knoxville. Alicia communicated well and the house was really fine. I do wish we knew that you can’t stand up in the loft - I couldn’t stay up there (but my friend did with no problems). Also the WiFi was out, which was hard, and while the hot tub looked amazing, there were some angry wasps that we didn’t want to work around, which was a bummer.
