Took a minute to find the ice maker after staff directions an trouble with key card but the staff took care of it easily on the spot but everything was good with the stay an would stay again if we get back there

The hotel was certainly worth the money. It was clean and the room was large. The stream running through the back of the hotel was really relaxing. We saw two bears on the property. The shuttle is right there. We would stay here again.

"I loved the hotel but we did not have a phone in our room to ask for towels and the pool is not convenient to anyone that is not in the main hotel. "We booked a Bunk Room pool view. The wall between the main bedroom and bunk room caused very little air flow. We had the AC cranking at 60° 24/7 and the kids were miserably hot the entire time.
