Motel a Dandridge

“The room looked newly remodeled and it was nice. Small but nice. The outside looks very rough and would turn a lot of people away. ”

“HORRIBLE experience. The room was infested with ticks and other insects. It’s a cheap, low quality place. The rooms aren’t that clean either. There was no shampoo, conditioner, nor body wash in the shower. We asked to be moved and there wasn’t another one available. We had no choice but to leave and go to another hotel. They don’t have a working phone so I’m still going through hell to get my refund from expedia. Trust me, stay away from this place. ”

“The room was exceptionally clean and tidy. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. I was greeted with a warm and welcoming attitude. It made for a very pleasant arrival. I would highly recommend this place.”

“The room looked nothing like the picture advertised. There were stains on the bedding, curtains, floor and ceiling. The door didn't meet so you could see outside. The curtains had holes in them. The shower spigot wasnt connected to the shower wall so the pipe was exposed. Hairdryer had electrical tape on the cord.”
