The house boasts 6 suites, each with its own bathroom. One room has outside access and is a double suite with two bedrooms. Each of the upstairs rooms feature a double balcony, a private bathroom with showers and bathtubs. The downstairs rooms each have their own patio. Each room also has a comfortable sitting area with couches and an ottoman which can also be used for additional guests. Ample closet space is available for long term stays. The rooms feature beautiful and large arched windows to fill the room with light in this top story room. Windows open out onto the outdoor spaces for a quiet place to enjoy a beverage or meal.

This beautiful neighborhood is across the street from the beach access in White Sands. The location is central with many places for lounge and restaurant access. Mbudya Island is directly across from the house, so just a short boat ride is available for a day on white sand beaches or an evening enjoying sunset views on this special island.

Many restaurants and amenities are walkable. Beach access is across the street with pool access as well. The house features a Land Rover that can be rented for excursions as well.
