“The property is a 600 year old building renovated, with a very beautiful heritage charm while bringing modern convenience. Staff is very helpful and pleasant. The only issue is the access road to the property, which is quite narrow and one may face some traffic jams”

The rooms did not have any ventilation, the ACs though installed were not working in any of the rooms resulting in suffocation while sleeping in the rooms.
There was no separate dining area and the make shift kitchen was very dirty. We had to walk for dinner to another place which was Three kms far.
We HAD to check out after a miserable night.We have demanded a Refund for one day. The hotel has agreed.

Only thing was we had to pay double the actual price as we had booked through hotels.com. the prices for the nights of our stay in the hotel was around 2000 per night but hotels.com charged more than 5000 per night. “Stayed here for 2 nights during Mahakumb and this hotel is fantastic! The room was clean and comfortable with the added bonus of netflix. During our stay we encountered many minor issues, like wifi connectivity, Ac not working and flies in the room however every member of staff at the hotel, especially Navya at the front desk and Sandeep went above and beyond to resolve our issues quickly and did so each and every time. Paid 10k during my stay. Too costly for the room type, but considering it was MahaKumbh parv and as everywhere rates were 5x, this was a good deal.”
