“All was perfect, room, staff, restaurant…”

“The property was good, but when I gave a feedback on a nonfunctional door. manager got offended and wanted to prove i didn’t know how to use. He demanded I must accompany him to room to show me how to use the door. But when he saw the door was not functioning, he ended saying sorry and promising he will fix the door. Should learn how to take feedback and act on.”

“The rooms looks older and dirty. Things were not kept before and we had to ask for. Beds were sounding. ”

“Clean and well maintained property. Staff's were helpful and nice. Breakfast was very good. Property is next to train track, doesnt seem like a track that has super heavy train traffic. But still will have a train pass here and there at night. If the hotel is hosting a party on weekends it does get very loud until 10:30pm.”

“It's the era of EVs so it's mandate that we maintain dedicated ev charging station and not let ICE cars park in EV zones we ended up spending 2 hours running around the parking area to get the ICE cars removed and 2 out of 3 charging stations were not functioning!! What kind of maintenance is this?? When asked staff responds that not many EVs visit our property...please consider having separate parking just for EVs since you have acres of land in the property also have more security staff to...

“Highly recommend staying at Jasmine Apartment. Excellent location right off of Kalidasa Road - quiet neighborhood. Extremely clean with very responsive staff. The front desk attendant, Akaash, was very friendly and helped answer all my questions. Front desk was present 24/7 making my late night ride from Bangalore feel safe.”
