The Space:

•Living: open-beam cabin, wood-burning fireplace, leather seating, river + mountain views

•Dining: live-edge/wood-slab table for cozy meals

•Kitchen: well-equipped with cookware, spices, coffee essentials

•Sleep: sleeping loft (ships-ladder access) + two queen beds

•Bath/Laundry: shower + washer & dryer for longer stays

•Outdoors: deck with gas grill, 4-person hot tub, private river beach with rock firepit

Entire home and private riverfront: deck, hot tub, firepit, beach, and parking. Self check-in—details unlock in your digital guide 2 days before arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Quiet river corridor near Darrington with big-view North Cascades backdrops. Trailheads and forest roads minutes away; town services ~5 minutes north. Cabins on both sides.



Getting Around:

Best with a car. Year-round access; in snow/ice season, bring AWD/traction devices. For planning, check weather for Darrington, WA.



Other Things to Note:

•Loft access: ships-ladder style stairs—not ideal for guests with mobility limits.

•Dog-friendly: 2 house-trained pups (fee $25 + tax/fees charged after booking confirmed).

Please keep pups off furniture; bringing a dog bed helps.

•Firewood: bring a couple of bundles of dry firewood + kindling for the fireplace and firepit. (Local bundles: Darrington IGA, Arlington Grocery Outlet.)

•Check-in/out: no early check-ins or late check-outs. If ready before 4pm, we’ll message you.

•Guide after booking: directions, codes, check-out, and house info in the app 2 days before arrival.

Beautiful cabin right on the river, eagles flying by, snow frosting the hills. Cabin well appointed, bed very comfortable, nice cotton sheets. Enjoyed reading by the wood stove, looking out at the river. Very clean, well thought out details like cozy throw blankets, power strip by the bed. Everything in good condition, didn’t use the hot tub.

My wife and I traveled from Texas to stay at this cabin because of the beautiful photos, amenities, and location in the listing— and wow, it exceeded our expectations. From the moment we stepped inside, we were welcomed by a cozy, clean cabin stocked with everything we could possibly need.We spent most of our time down by the river, reading, making s’mores, and simply enjoying the peacefulness of being surrounded by nature. Taking a dip in the hot tub with a view of the river was absolutely breathtaking.This cabin truly has it all, not to mention the town and nearby trails.The hosts were fantastic, attentive, communicative, and made sure we were well taken care of every step of the way.

Caveman TV

Took a long weekend out to this property. Easy to find and quite charming. The weather was great on our 10mi hike, which the trailhead was very close by. The hike was gorgeous and easy enough to enjoy slowly; White Chuck Bench Trail. The next day we just loaded up the fire place and watched that for hours in between Long hot tub dips in the rain. Very magical stay.

Beautiful River Cabin

We absolutely loved our stay at the River Cabin! The cabin is located in a quiet neighborhood with very little traffic which feels very private. The views were stunning and evening hot tub dips were amazing to wind down. We got engaged by the river during our stay and I couldn’t have asked for a better location for a proposal! Owen and Kristen were incredibly responsive and ensured we had a great stay! We would definitely love to come back!

Great outdoor space

Came up for a weekend and absolutely adored this cabin. The owners really maximized the space of the small cabin and it felt so cozy. Gorgeous view from the back deck of the river and even better gravel path out to a Firepit literally on the river!
