“Overall, a love experience. The property was decievingly spacious, clean and filled with great entrainment facilities. An added benefit of a washer/dryer that makes that going back home experience better. Car parking permit included also. A great way to celebrate a significant ceremony in a stunning part of the country. Would highly recommend and stay again when in the area. ”

“Fantastic house & location. All of Dartmouth & Kingswear accessible without a car & excellent walks from the doorstep. Only issue was very tight vehicle access made more difficult due to local building work. Would love to return.”

“We enjoyed our stay at this historic, well-equipped vacation apartment. The property had everything we needed. While the walk into Dartmouth was more than just a gentle stroll, it was a great way to work up an appetite for the town’s restaurants and cafes. We found enough to keep us occupied in Dartmouth and only felt the need to use our car on a rainy day.”

“The few days were spent in a very comfortable apartment that had all the necessary fixtures and fittings to support our stay. However, the only concern was that the quilt on the beds were not summer quilts and as such sleeping was a problem, so much so that one of us slept in a single bed in the other bedroom. Perhaps this change during the summer months could be considered.”

“Lovely little house,location fantastic. Everything you needed was supplied, books games even dishwasher tablets and cleaning equipment. Just needs a little TLC. Small negative, we didnt realise the property was over four floors until we got our final confirmation. This caused a slight problem as we had my eighty year old mother with us. All in all a great little getaway and would definitely book the house again.”

“The property was fine, but we left something of value behind and can’t get the property management to respond. Very disappointing. ”

“We had a good short stay, however no good for someone who has mobility and transfer issues facilities as stairs are steep and no hand rails to upper floors - not appropriate for older adults. No hairdryer in room. Balcony terrace wonderful if out wet. Instructions for rubbish disposal was confusing however there was an option to leave inside door due to seagulls. We perhaps wouldn't stay again. ”

“Beds in both rooms are small. Double bed only 3/4. Twin beds not suitable for taller adults. Only ok for children or shorter adults.”

“The property itself okay, but unclean. The bedding was clean, but the carpeted areas and soft furnishings were not. Crumbs on the sofa and visibly dirty dusty carpet, the mattress was deeply stained brown and filled with crumbs and food waste under it. Has some cute features throughout , however, the biggest issue with this property is the incredibly vile smell of drainage or sewage that permeates in the living room. You cannot be in that room without the windows open and spraying air...
