“The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The amenities were much appreciated. However, although there was a sign that said they were remodeling and apologize for the inconvenience and noise, I did not expect hammering directly above my room at 8:30 AM. The staff at the front desk said they’d ask them to stop but they did not which made it impossible to do anything but check out. This was a room that cost $385 for one night in Lebanon New Hampshire, off the highway.”

“We had stayed here before, and it had changed. We had trouble communicating with the staff, although they were friendly and smiled a lot. The staff was not at the desk at times. There was no ice. There was no outdoor furniture. Yet, all things considered, we got our money's worth, and the location is great by the river.”
