Classy, bright and natural, this fantastic holiday home enjoys unbroken views over the town of Dartmouth, ideal for family getaways.. Ground Floor:

Bathroom: Bath, Toilet. Electric heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Patio with garden furniture. Permit parking for 1 car (unreserved). No smoking.. This terraced cottage is well equipped and comfortably furnished. Situated on a pretty residential street, not far from the town centre and all amenities, the property has good views over the town to the river from main rooms, kitchen and patio.

Families or couples only.
Linen and towels will not be provided for any ‘extra’ beds ie z beds, sofa beds, stora beds unless otherwise requested 2 weeks prior to arrival.

Fabulous apartment in the heart of Dartmouth.

We loved our stay in Dartmouth. The place was well situated and within easy walking distance of the shops, restaurants and the river. The views from the deck were so lovely. It was the perfect place to sip a G’n’T in the early evening watching the seagulls. The two separate bathrooms were appreciated by our three generation family also. Although there was no washing machine or wifi, we would definitely stay again.
